Of Counsel
Evelyn’s practice focuses on issues, appeals, and strategic counseling in complex litigation at all levels of the federal and state court systems, including the United States Supreme Court. She has significant experience working on briefs, motions, and petitions for certiorari covering a wide range of subject matters, including First Amendment and structural constitutional issues, product liability and federal preemption, administrative law, Indian law, bankruptcy, and antitrust. Before joining Clement & Murphy, Evelyn practiced at Kirkland & Ellis, LLP. She also served as a Temple Bar Scholar in London before joining private practice.
