Clement & Murphy partner Paul Clement was named a Litigator of the Week for securing a Second Circuit ruling in favor of COMMISA, a Mexican subsidiary of KBR, Inc. The decision follows a decade of litigation and affirmed a judgement in excess of $465 million against Mexico’s state-owned oil company, Pemex.
