Amy O. Nyberg*

Counsel

Amy’s practice focuses on Supreme Court and appellate litigation and strategic counseling. Amy has assisted clients before the U.S. Supreme Court, federal appellate courts, and state and federal trial courts. Her work includes constitutional and administrative law, bankruptcy, international trade, and antitrust. She also advises corporate clients on strategy and compliance. Beyond her law practice, Amy has advised clients on communications, including speech writing and social media.

Amy clerked for Judge David S. Tatel of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. She is a graduate of Yale College, Sciences-Po (Paris), and the Georgetown University Law Center, where she served on the Georgetown Law Review. Before attending law school, Amy worked on international trade policy at the White House, the Department of Commerce, and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. In her free time, Amy enjoys being a hockey mom, serving on the Georgetown Day School Alumni Board, and spending time in Sweden with her husband and three sons. She speaks French and Swedish.
