Chad’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and appellate advocacy in state and federal courts. In the United States Supreme Court, Chad has helped draft petitions for certiorari and merits briefs, including in Kennedy v. Bremerton School District. Chad also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Chad clerked for Judge Andrew S. Oldham of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Judge Kevin C. Newsom of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School, Trinity College Dublin, and Davidson College.
