Ilan’s practice focuses primarily on appellate litigation and critical motions in the federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States. His experience includes representing clients on issues of constitutional, administrative, and commercial law.

Ilan graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as an editor on the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy. While in law school, Ilan also worked as a policy aide for Senator Ben Sasse.

Prior to joining Clement & Murphy, Ilan served as a law clerk for Judge Don R. Willett, on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and for Judge Timothy J. Kelly, on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Ilan also completed a fellowship at the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty.
