Kyle’s practice focuses on complex legal issues in state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. His experience spans a wide range of issues, ranging from religious liberty and free speech cases to discovery disputes to contract law. He also has experience preparing witnesses for testimony at congressional hearings.
Kyle earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was the Articles Chair of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. Prior to joining Clement & Murphy, he clerked for Judge Kevin C. Newsom of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
